IT Services and Support :

Cybersecurity for IT Departments :

Works on cybersecurity and risk analysis for companies, taking into account technical, organizational and legal aspects. Application Design and Development :

Participates in the design, development, deployment and maintenance of the software components of an application (Web, mobile, client...). Acquires skills in the design and development of an application, and its maintenance, as well as in databases, digital data management and version management (git).

Understand the implementation of a simulated or real network project :

Keep track of existing situations and gather information on a system's operation and equipment characteristics..

Analyze the inner workings of the current installation or equipment prior to intervening :

Plan interventions, carry out the hardware or software integration of a piece of equipment, carry out the tests required to validate the operation of the equipment, prepare the action plan and then draw up all or part of the implementation and wiring plan.

Perform tests, certify the physical support :

Install and configure system components and check it's functional, carry out remote pre-diagnosis, ensure a given system and their power supply are functional, ensure the smooth operation of interacting hardware and software, analyze and interpret operating indicators and draw up a diagnosis, carry out the intervention.

Ensure that identified hardware and software are working properly, then check the installation :

Update service logs, communicate during service calls, identify and highlight customer needs, fill in the acceptance report or service order, manage material batches, service time and resources..
